I just wanted to take a moment to convey my/our gratitude for all of the hard work you and the FCE team have put into our implementation. This obviously has not been an easy task but I know first hand that our mutual client very much appreciate your leadership and your teams efforts on this project.

I had little doubt that FCE was the right fit based on FCE’s commitment to excellence. It really shows but sometimes it’s hard to convey to a client in search of a solution. We’ve all heard from our prospective buyers that we all sound alike. And at times we do but underneath is what matters and FCE has demonstrated value and a true partnership with our client.

Demonstrated Your Commitment!

Hi Steve,

It was an absolute honor to be provided the opportunity to tour the FCE offices and meet with so many members of the FCE team. I was very impressed by the Spartan program and eager to get the chance to utilize it.

One of the things that stood out the most during the tour was how you demonstrated your commitment to your employees. I saw how you, Isaac, Chris, and other supervisors interacted with employees, waving and smiling to say hello as we walked through the office. Having this relationship within an organization not only bodes well for you but for the customers you serve. The level of service is always better for customers when morale is high. Based on the information provided by Isaac during our tour, it was apparent that FCE strives to maintain a high level of morale on all levels.

Thank you, and everyone else at FCE, for investing in our relationship, not only by paying for the trip but by taking time from your already hectic schedule to meet with myself and the other customers on the trip. I’m sure most of us are truly appreciative of your efforts and excited to grow with you moving forward.

Making The Switch To FCE!

Yesterday I received a call from an employee, the first of its kind. The employee called to thank me for making the switch to FCE. He stated that he has been pleasantly surprised with the ease of using the benefits compared to [our former benefits provider]. He also mentioned how impressed he was with the quick turnaround time on claims processing. Since I’m typically the person who has to pass on complaints, I wanted to use this opportunity to pass along the compliment.
